Terms & Conditions

HINH STUDIO LLC provides luxury photobooth rental services, including a handcrafted oak photobooth, professional camera and lighting equipment, on-site attendant(s), and related add-ons (e.g., custom templates, props, backdrops, prints) as outlined in your booking agreement.

• A signed rental agreement and non-refundable deposit are required to secure your event date.
• Your date is not considered confirmed until both the signed agreement and deposit are received.
• Remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, as they reserve your date and represent lost booking opportunities.
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 30 days in advance and are subject to availability; HINH STUDIO will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a new date within 12 months.
• Cancellations made within 5 days of the event may be subject to full payment of the remaining balance.

• Clients must provide accurate event details (date, time, location, venue access requirements) at the time of booking.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring adequate space, power access, and venue permissions for photobooth setup.
• Any additional travel, parking, or venue fees incurred by HINH STUDIO as a result of inaccurate or incomplete venue information may be billed separately.

• HINH STUDIO's equipment, including the handcrafted oak photobooth, cameras, and lighting, remains the sole property of HINH STUDIO at all times.
• Clients and event guests agree to use the photobooth responsibly; HINH STUDIO reserves the right to charge for damages caused by guest misuse or negligence.
• HINH STUDIO is not liable for delays, equipment malfunction, or service interruption due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., venue power issues, extreme weather, acts of God).
• HINH STUDIO carries general liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance (COI) upon request for venues that require one.

• Photos, GIFs, and videos captured during your event may be used by HINH STUDIO for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the client opts out in writing prior to the event (see Privacy Policy, Section 3).
• Clients receive a personal-use license to all digital images/videos delivered following the event. Commercial use, resale, or redistribution of HINH STUDIO's proprietary templates, branding, or design elements is not permitted without written consent.
• All custom templates, overlays, and branded design assets created by HINH STUDIO remain the intellectual property of HINH STUDIO.

• Digital copies of event photos will be delivered within 2 days following the event via the agreed delivery method.
• HINH STUDIO is not responsible for lost or corrupted files due to third-party platform issues once delivered.

• Accepted payment methods: credit card, Zelle
• Late payments may result in delay or cancellation of services at HINH STUDIO's discretion.

HINH STUDIO shall not be held liable for failure to perform services due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, or venue closures. In such cases, HINH STUDIO will work with the client to reschedule or issue a partial credit where appropriate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HINH STUDIO's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the booking in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York State/County, as applicable.

HINH STUDIO reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services or website following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
